Espaço (quarto sala e dois banheiros bons), camas confortável, cozinha equipada e com alguns ingredientes nem sempre encontrados neste tipo de hospedagem.
Escadas (a grande quantidade de degraus) e de um certo barulho do transito. Apesar do esforço em agradar, a decoração é muito excessiva (como dito na noss terra: o pouco é muito). Citamos como sugestão para melhoria.
