Position, close to the old town center (10 mins walk) and close to the metro station (5 mins walk)
Cleanliness was “questionable”. The house is rather old…. The second floor was not accessible and there was a hole in the ceiling (the description of the house did not mention it at all)
The dishwasher wasn’t working and the power was off when we get into the apartment (I had to power it back on personally - with some help from the customer service)

IT WAS COMPORTABLE, VERY GOOD STAFF AND VERY GOOD LOCATION ✊🙌 The bathroom and kitchen are very clean and tidy, the beds in the bedroom are comfortable. ❤

La ubicacion es perfecta, puedes desplazarte por las zonas mas visitadas de la ciudad sin necesidad de trasporte.
El apartamento tiene varios fallos q podrían arreglar de forma sencilla, es antiguo y lo tienen muy descuidado, la cerradura del portal imposible de abrir con la llave, hay que abrir a través de una aplicación, las cisternas de los baños una apenas cae agua y la otra no mucha mas, la luz se fue varias veces con el inconveniente de tener que bajar al portal desde un quinto piso para activarla, los fuegos de la cocina de gas no iba ninguno bien, hay que decir q cuando lo dijimos mandaron enseguida una persona para arreglarlos, la atención del personal cada vez que llamábamos por algún problema fue inmediata, somos personas optimistas y sabemos mirar las cosas de forma positiva por lo que nuestra estancia fue muy agradable a pesar de todo. Por todo esto, una evaluación positiva para el personal y negativa para el propietario que esperamos lea esta evaluación y tome medidas para que los próximos huéspedes salgan completamente satisfechos.
