The owners were amazing. They were so lovely and the room had everything I needed as a single traveler. There was also additional stuff like available coffee maker and coffee pots, cosmetics, etc. Room was clean when I arrived. It was also super close to a super market and the main train station and in walking distance (for me, healthy person) to a lot of Naples attractions.
The bed was very uncomfortable. I was asked before hand if I want a pull out sofa or a single bed and I did pick the bed, however it was one of those pulled out of 'shelf unit' (sorry I don't know what they're called) and it made me ache. It also meant I couldn't just sit and lean against anything.
I also noticed a lot of ants one day after I forgot to take a pizza box out with me to the bin in the morning. I probably should have remembered, I never leave trash, but I was in a hurry for a train. When I came back, the box with a small piece of crust left was full of ants.
The exterior is not nice, and the area is a bit scary.

Location is near to central station and staff are very friendly and helpful
Bathroom is large and clean
When you booked in booking website you must know that It’s just a room with a bathroom in 3 bedrooms apartment so it’s suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids maximum because it has one bed and bunk bed but they say it’s for 6 adults and that is not true.
Towels and linens are old

Hosts are extremally nice, they don't seem to be from Naples. Apartment is pretty and easy to reach.
Location is quite difficult during the night. It doesn't feel safe, but this seems to be related to Naples itself and not the apartment area. Naples is a very stressful city, I felt stressed the entire time. Honestly, I don't recommend the city to be visited. It's very dirty, chaotic and in general people are very rude. It's worthy to stay one night only in case you want to visit Pompeii and Vesuvius, which are both worthy visiting.
If you can, also don't go with your car. Most cars you see on the street are damaged and I saw many car accidents because people drive unsafely and not respecting the traffic rules and other drivers.
