The apartment was OK
but the host was very rude. The navigation took us 200m from the apartment and we couldn't find our way, we contacted the host and asked him to come pick us up, but he didn't come and didn't help us. But that's Naples. . .

My payment didn't go through for some strange reason. I received an email from booking.com saying I need to update my payment details in next 24 hours which I did but the owner of property said they cannot try to take the payment again as they don't have my payment details although I put all my payment details in the reservation 1 months ago.
They said I have to transfer money into their bank account in Italy or they will cancel my booking. I asked to pay them at the property but they refused. I have made numerous phone calls to booking.com customer services but they are just hopeless and unhelpful. I transferred €999.00 but they received €900 . So their bank charged me €99.00 . I'm Very frustrated and will never use booking.com again.

The lift to the 6th floor was appreciated. Ugo offered us his parking space for a discounted price. The apartment was safe. Ugo responded to our messages in a timely manner
There was no bin or rubbish bags, rubbish from the previous tenants was outside the apartment door throughout our stay and smelt, no bath mat, towels were child size and no decent blanket, no toiletries or enough toilet paper, no hand soap in the bathroom, no power point to plug in the microwave.
