Casa dolce Casa Spaccanapoli

Appartement fonctionnel et très propre. Situé proche de la gare et du centre. Propriétaires très gentils et serviables, merci a eux.

L'appartement est très bien mais dans une rue très bruyante...

La ubicación está bien, porque está muy cerca de Spaccanapoli y a pasos de la Estación de trenes. Es un departamento amplio. Antonio, el dueño del depa nos ofreció transporte desde el aeropuerto (20€), lo cual es más conveniente que los taxis.

El entorno del edificio no es de lo más agradable, se siente un poco inseguro (aunque nunca nos sentimos en real peligro) y es sucio. El colchón de la habitación principal está demasiado viejo y ya no tiene soporte (es de resorte), lo mismo las almohadas. Realmente no ayuda en absoluto al descanso considerando que estás todo el día afuera recorriendo. Quisimos usar la lavadora y al preguntar cómo utilizarla nos señalaron que debíamos pagar 10€, cosa que no está detallada en Booking. Nos dijeron que estaba señalado, pero hasta ahora que estoy escribiendo esta reseña, no lo hemos pillado. A la cocina le faltan implementos para cocinar, por ejemplo, no tiene cuchillos de cocina. Solo tiene un enchufe en la cocina, por tanto, no puedes calentar agua en el hervidor y prender la cocina al mismo tiempo. El jabón de cocina estaba disuelto en agua. El baño tiene muy poca ventilación y el desagüe de la ducha tiene poco tiraje, por lo que se juntaba mucha agua. El jabón que nos dejaron en el lavamanos también estaba completamente disuelto en agua (tuvimos que comprar uno). El internet está en la zona de las habitaciones, pero al comedor no llega bien; hace falta un repetidor.

Besides the quite friendly hosts, the only advantage of this apartment is its proximity to the historic center of Naples. I can't think of any other advantages.

Communication with the owners was only possible in Italian. There was no private parking. Parking on the nearby street was difficult. The streets around the building were dirty. The front door creaked terribly until I oiled it myself. The entire apartment looked as if the owners had moved unused items from their own home there. The twin-bedded room and the hallway were separated by a partition that didn't reach the ceiling! The twin-bedded room had no closet, no clothes hooks, no shelves, only a small bedside table, there was nowhere to put clothes. Air conditioners were located only in the bedrooms, making it difficult to heat the hallway, kitchen, and bathroom in the winter. Wi-Fi worked only in the bedrooms; there was no connection in the kitchen or hallway. The internet was very slow and of poor quality due to the apartment's lack of its own router. The existing hotspot received internet via cable from the neighboring apartment, where the owners live. The kitchen lacked a cutting board and knives. The kitchen towels were worn outand one had an indelible stain. There was no kitchen table for food preparation. The available washing machine could only be used for an additional fee of 10 euros per wash! Overall, the apartment left a very uninviting impression.
