La gentilezza e disponibilitá di Gennaro. Gentilmente ci ha anche tenuto bagagli prima e dopo gli orari di check-in/out.
La posizione é estremamente comoda a tutto. 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 15 dal centro storico (spaccanapoli)
Gli ambienti in generale e il bagno erano puliti
L'ambiente é un pó buio e claustrofobico (dovuto ai soffitti bassi e alle pareti con colori scuri).
L'arredamento é vecchiotto e il materasso/cuscini sono vecchi e purtroppo con delle macchie. Anche le lenzuola e gli asciugamani, nonostante profumassero di disinfettante, erano macchiati in vari punti.
Purtroppo dopo due docce l'acqua calda non arrivava più, se non aspettando decine di minuti
Cambiando il colore delle pareti in uno piú chiaro, materassi, cuscini e asciugamani, l'alloggio diventerebbe veramente ottimo posto dove passare svariate notti a Napoli
