This place was amazing for the budget. We got 2 rooms in a new unit. 4 beds in total (2 were tatami mats but they were really comfy). Plenty enough for a family of 4. It is located in a rather quiet residential area. It was also 3 minutes away to a konbini & 6 minutes to a ashiharabashi station (osaka loop line). If you liked walking you can get to Namba in 20 minutes. The unit also comes with other amenities: washing machine (tide pods included), soap, cups, eating utensils, fridge, microwave, so that made our stay very convenient. Also, it was very quick and easy to get here from KIX (or vice versa).

We got the unit on the 3rd floor. Getting our suitcases in was really exhausting. The staircase was really narrow and, throughout the stay, the lights in the staircase were always off, so it was always dark when we return. It seemed like the first floor was empty. Wondering why we didn't get that unit instead. Also, it was located in a rather quiet area. Not much food shops or areas of interest you can try out, though it is nice if you are looking for quiet nights.

The location is very conveniently located: near a train station on the Osaka Loop line (which can take you anywhere you need or to other connecting stations), a Family Mart, a wonderful café (which is a few blocks north Northwest of the apartment), a grocery store about seven minutes walk north, and several parks. The accommodations inside are new and clean.

The stairs are a little bit narrow and steep, but I found that to be common throughout Osaka.

Big space, lots of amenities and very clean.
