I like the place has everything, a bedroom with one queen size bed, a small sofa bed, a small but full kitchen with a electric kettle, a full fridge, a pan, a pot, a knife, cutting board, plates, bowls and cups, a breakfast counter, a bathroom, a sink with many shelves, a small washing machine, a bath tub in a separate shower room that can be heated, an outside lanai that has clothes hanging bars and clips, a vacuum, closet space, and many umbrellas. Its small but very convenient, everything works. They offer us four bath towels, 4 hand towels and 4 sets of shampoo, lotion, and toothbrush sets. We paid about 55 dollars a night, which is an awesome value. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Namba station and 10 minutes to JR station and subway station, which is okay for adults but trying for the kids. We communicate our questions through the online platform on booking.com. they answer quickly. We also like the AC which works well and is very quiet. The quilts are thick and comfortable.

We didnt see the futon bed, but there is a floor cushion mat which was okay for my 14 year old to sleep on. The sofa bed is very small and barely sleep my 11 year old boy. The pillows are very thin. There are no chairs to sit, so you have to either sit on the floor to eat or stand to eat which is tiring. My husband has mobility issue and he cannot sit on the floor easily. I recommend providing some stools for guests to sit on. We also have to buy toilet paper ourselves, which we learned the hard way.
