About this apartment rental

Enjoy a stylish stay at this centrally located accommodation. With only one room per floor, you can relax at your leisure in this quiet and stylish space. The building features five guest rooms with the same layout and amenities, making it suitable for larger groups as well.
A 3- to 5-minute walk to JR Ashiharabashi Station, the OCAT airport bus terminal, JR Namba Station is a 10–12-minute walk, Supermarket Life Shiokusa Store is a 4-minute walk, and Osaka Metro/Hanshin Sakuragawa Station is a 10-minute walk. With numerous convenience stores and restaurants nearby, it’s a quiet and convenient location.
We have installed security cameras that monitor and record the building entrance.
Since we use a storage-type electric water heater, it takes 3–4 hours to heat the water. Please be especially careful if you’re booking a room just before check-in at night. There is a hot spring facility a 3-minute walk away.
