AC was passable but could be cooler as Osaka was very hot

Host allowed us store luggage in room prior to 4pm chieck in. Large unit (500sf). 4 double beds, 2 separate bedrooms, living room with sofa and table, Our family of 4 had lots of room. full kitchen with dishes, utensils pots, cups, kettle, large refrigerator. Building is a moderate walking distance to JR Namba, but metro is right outside. There are many supermarkets close by. Separate rooms for shower, toilet and sink. the in suite laundry and AC worked well. Wifi was good. Area is safe and quiet at night.

Slippers were not provided. Lingering bad odors from toilet and washing machine areas were the biggest problem even though the area looked clean. We bought an air freshener from Daiso to use during our stay. Sofa could have been cleaned better as there were still some debris between the cushions. Overall the unit is clean enough, but could have been improved. It would be nice to have a clothes rack to hang laundry to dry. Construction was occurring next door (Summer 2025), so there is noise after 9am in the morning.

Pouca infraestrutura para quem viaja em família com crianças. Não tem mesa com cadeiras e tem poucos utensílios como xícaras, pratos, facas e etc.

If all you want at the end of a long day of being a tourist is a place to shower and put your head down, then this is the place for you. Location is fantastic, a few meters away from Sakuragawa station, with convenience stores left and right, a couple of restaurants also a few steps away, and a 10-15 minute walk to Dotonbori. Getting home late at night wasn't an issue, felt safe at all times.

Beds were like wooden boards. Pillows were like the hospital kind, rubbery and a bit flat. Towels were threadbare. Some supplies were not provided, e.g., toilet paper and rubbish bin liners. The dumpster for the building was overflowing and wasn't collected daily, and while we were instructed to segregate, everything was put together into the dumpster. There is construction right next door, which woke us up at around 8am everyday. Kitchen materials also lacking - no mugs and no dish drainer. TV was basic.
