Royal Heights Sakuragawa Condominium

Everything. The location was great, as near to Sakuragawa station. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It wasn't noisy at all (I'd read some reviews that had said it could be noisy), and the air-conditioning worked well. And I found the bed and pillows to be really comfy. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

I can’t believe the value for money here. Perfect for any individual or couple wanting a good base to recuperate and rest. Great access to train lines, each between 10-15min walk away. 30 min walk from Dotonbori, which was far enough to escape the noise. Clean, great amenities, good shower, washing machine. Very private.

The location is quite convenient, with a nearby metro station making it easy to get around. There’s also a 7-Eleven and several other shops close by, including a great coffee place and a bakery in the neighborhood. The bed is comfortable, and the apartment includes a washing machine with detergent provided, plus a balcony area with extra space to hang laundry to dry.

Honestly, this was the most disappointing accommodation of our entire three-week trip to Japan. The room and the building overall felt quite gloomy. The biggest issue, however, was the direct location: it's situated next to what appears to be a warehouse, and every morning from around 5 a.m., trucks begin loading and unloading with loud, continuous noise. Unfortunately, the provided earplugs were not effective, as the sound easily travels through the entire building, which features an open staircase and minimal soundproofing. Had I known there would be engines running right behind the head of the bed every morning (literally!), I would have booked somewhere else.
