チェックインの時間が数日前に１８時半になると言われ当日には１９時半になると連絡があり予定を入れ替えるのが大変でした。その他は特に問題なく建物は古めですが部屋はきれいでした。家族６人快適に安く宿泊ができて良かったです！

The location is good, 7 minutes to the metro or JR station. The big supermarket is very close.

There were 5 of us and only 4 chairs in the kitchen.

Two separate bedrooms and whole apartment much larger than a regular hotel in Japan. The cleaner of the apartment did a great job and the whole apartment was very clean.

Check in times being changed by the owner- our check in time was pushed back by 4 hours with the owners only initial solution was that we could cancel our booking if this wasn’t suitable. With only 48 hours notice and a very busy period (cherry blossom season) that wasn’t an option. Only after back and forth emails was our request to leave our bags in the apartment early offered as a solution to their operational issues. The door lock wasn’t sitting in the door frame properly and was quite loose and didn’t seem very secure. Thin walls between neighbouring apartment.
