The house is located beside the Daikokucho metro station, which is just a station away from Namba, the busiest tourist spot nearby. Supermarket, convenience stores, such as 7 eleven, Lawson, and Familymart are within a walking distance from the house, as well as restaurants, which we really find convenient. The bedrooms are spacious and the house is warm with adjustable air-conditioning settings. There is a fridge, microwave oven, toaster, induction stove, washing machine, and hot/cold shower. The host was responsive when we requested for additional cutlery and hangers. Wifi is provided. We were also allowed for an earlier check in upon request, which we appreciated the most. Furthermore, the rental price is affordable for a group of 7 people.

The toilet bidet is not properly working consistently. There is not enough plates and mugs for the number of occupants, but they will provide upon request, which we appreciated.

L'appartement se trouve à un très bon endroit, et est spacieux avec beaucoup d'équipements. Les lits sont confortables et il y a de la place ! Parfait pour un groupe d'au moins deux personnes, les équipements marchent très bien et le logement est à côté de la gare, qui permet de nous déplacer facilement. Il est également possible de se balader à pied jusqu'à Namba ou Dotonbori facilement.

Dans la chambre, il faisait un peu froid (Nous sommes venus en février) si le chauffage n'était pas assez haut et on entendait le bruit dehors comme si la fenêtre était ouverte. Je ne sais pas si c'est une mauvaise isolation ou si c'était vraiment la fenêtre qui était ouverte, mais nous avons vérifié et essayé de bien refermer, tout semblait en ordre pourtant.

コンビニが下にあり地下鉄が真横にある。飲食店も多い。ポケットWi-Fiが置いてある。

ビル自体が臭い。部屋の鍵の暗証番号が全然違うのが送られてきていて電話するにもビルの電波が悪く外に出ないといけなかった。ビルについて中に入るまでにかなりの時間を費やしてしまった。
