The hotel has a great location and is budget-friendly. Some basic amenities are provided, though not complete, but it’s sufficient for a short stay.

The air conditioner heater is weak and cannot properly warm the room during very cold weather. The cold-water tap in the shower is broken, making it difficult to adjust the water temperature. The bathroom is also quite small. Kitchen items are very limited — the glass and bowl are small, only two spoons are provided, and there is no strainer for noodles. Drinking is inconvenient because the glass is too small. The bed is a bit firm, but the main issue is really the heating system, as the air conditioner struggles to heat the room when it gets very cold. The elevator is also quite scary. It is old, makes creaking and cracking sounds, and feels unsafe. It is very small and can only fit about four people, making it difficult if you have large luggage. Multiple trips are needed, which is inconvenient. The area itself did not cause us any problems, but it feels very isolated and old.

The stay was great overall. I had some difficulty using the washing machine at first, but the host was very helpful and patiently guided me through it. The location was excellent !!! just a few seconds’ walk from the subway station, making it extremely convenient. Everything you need is nearby: a FamilyMart right next door, restaurants like Sukiya and Matsuya, a 7/11, and a supermarket. It’s also within walking distance from Namba and Dotonbori. Truly a fantastic location!

The building itself is quite run-down, and the elevator felt a bit scary, so we avoided putting all our luggage in at once. The area around the lobby was also a little spooky. However, once inside the room, everything felt normal and comfortable. I wasn’t sure if the heater wasn’t working well or if I simply didn’t understand how to use the remote.
