It's a 10/10 for the location. Very convenient to places that you need to be. Walking distance to grocery store, drugstore, restaurant, Lawson, 7/11, and Family Mart, and most of all it is located just beside the train station. Daikokucho station is also 1 stop to Namba, Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. The owner is also very kind to provide the information to access the property.
For a party of 6, I find the place a little small for us. The rooms are ok but the dining and kitchen which is shared space, is too small. But it is not our priority because we used to dine outside.

The location of the guesthouse is just a few steps from the Daikokucho Metro Station Exit 2. Easy access to Namba, Shinsaibashi and other major attractions. Highly recommended!

-Very convenient location.
Next to a convenience store and the train station.
-Good price.
-The place was moldy. No sunlight can come in to the room so it was moldy as a result.
-The facilities need updating. The floor on the entrance is broken, the toilet seat was shaky.
