I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Milan. The location was excellent very convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops.
The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. You can really tell the host pays attention to the small details, which made the experience even better and more welcoming.

Facilities were great value. Location was good, in proximity to metro/tram.
Location may be fantastic for some and really not exciting for others. It is a matter of perspective, and where you need/must/want to go.
Paid public parking available.
Restaurants, groceries, all nearby.
Few things could be newer.
