Disponibilità dello staff. Flessibilità. Appartamento pulitissimo, ben arredato e fornito di tutti i comfort. Zona ed appartamento eleganti e silenziosi.
Inezie. Come per esempio la qualità della carta igienica o la necessità di spostare il porta asciugamani per usufruire del bidet.

Appartamento luminoso con arredamento moderno. Posizione molto comoda. 4 piano con ascensore, sistema di sicurezza valido in casa.
Il termostato a inizio marzo era già spento (forse per errore), quindi nella giornata in cui sono rimasta, avevo solo acqua gelata per lavarmi. La pulizia era discutibile: macchie sul pavimento, macchie bianche sui cuscini di velluto posizionato sui cuscini del letto, macchie capelli e peli sulla coperta posizionata a fine letto. Insomma, troppe cose non lavabili e sporche sul letto così come un livello di pulizia migliorabile in generale.
