Modern & Spacious Luxury 4 Bedroom in Camden Town - Close to Kings Cross

Le mobilier et les prestations de la de la maison sont top. La proximité avec la gare dans une rue très calme. Un ventilateur présent dans toutes les pièces (très appréciable lors d'un week-end de fortes chaleurs).

Les lits doubles peuvent être un peu étroits mais pour passer un WE, celà ne gène pas du tout. Il faudrait remplacer le petit banc du salon de jardin. Hormis ceci, c'était vraiement le logement parfait pour notre week-end à 8 personnes.

Es war morgens recht hell in den Zimmern trotz Vorhänge und Rollis. Wäre toll, wenn diese mehr Verdunkelung gebracht hätten.

The location was fantastic, a quiet street but very close to Camden High Street and Mornington Crescent Tube station. The house was clean and spacious and had all the amenities we needed. High-end kitchen appliances and well stocked with crockery and glassware. In the bedrooms, lots of wardrobe space and plenty of hangers. Towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were provided in the bathrooms. There was a utility room with a hair dryer and ironing facilities. The wifi worked well throughout. We didn't use the large-screen TV so can't comment on that. The London weather was fairly pleasant during our stay, so there was no need for any heating or air con.

There were lots of signs of wear and tear to the fixtures and fittings (broken blind, loose toilet-roll holder, torn and worn carpets, marks on the walls and paint work) so it didn't quite live up to the level of luxury advertised. The house could do with a proper inspection by the agency and some upgrades made throughout. One dining room chair was broken, which we only discovered as one of the guests sat on it and it collapsed under them. Thankfully, there wasn't a serious injury. When we arrived there were workmen present fixing the bathrooms, so the water was switched off for a period. This was inconvenient as we weren't able to properly unpack and shower as we arrived (however I'm happy the issue was fixed quickly so it wasn't a problem for the rest of our stay). We did get an apology but no offer of any compensation or gesture of good-will for impinging on our time in the property. With some maintenance and bit more TLC, finishing touches around the place, etc. this could be a really fantastic house.

L’emplacement est top, le jardin est super mimi, on a pu voir des renard le matin. Les hôtes répondent rapidement. L’espace client est très agréable de l’agence.

La literie est de très mauvaises qualité, les fenêtres sont mal isolées on entendait les gens la nuit dehors, dans une chambre les wc faisait du bruit et la douche ne marchait pas. Les ustensiles de cuisines ne fonctionnent pas tous sur les plaques, pour un groupe de 8 c’est assez restreint. Sur les photos c’était mimi, mais en fait on est déçue quand on arrive car les murs sont tachés et abîmés à certains endroits comme par exemple aussi une grosse tâche sur le sol de la moquette dans l’étage.. rien de bien grave, mais du coup ça dénote sur le confort globale. Les stores sont cassés aussi dans certaines pièces. C’est géré par une agence dans après la réservation booking on demande un accompte en ligne, pour accéder à l’espace client.
