ARCORE London Bloomsbury

Great apartment, spacious rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and specially the living room. The apartment was equipped with all requirements for family living. The location is excellent, it’s near by all necessary facilities like supermarket, Bus station and GOSH hospital which my daughter was taking medical treatment course there.

Communicating with the host was only through chat. It better to have someone from residence host to visit the site during handover the apartment. Called for maintenance service multiple times but no one attended. Some equipment/devices need to be renewed or cleaned such as water kettle, iron table and dishwasher. One of bathroom bidet was damaged and couldn’t be used.

The location was ideal

One of the bedrooms was so cold, it was unusable.

A large stylish apartment in a fabulous location. Great size for a a family of 5 for a longer stay in London.

The heating was not great. Very warm downstairs, but cold upstairs. Kids couldn’t use the upstairs bathroom because it was too cold (despite having the heated towel rack on). Some things (cupboards and blinds) broken - but not huge problem. The £800 deposit was a bit of a shock (it does say it in the fine print, but didn’t see until it was requested before check in). Took some time to get the £ back. Only minor problems and would definitely still recommend to stay here.

Det var virkelig rummeligt og havde en hyggelig atmosfære

Det var slidt/brugt, det har været rigtig flot og enestående. Flere ting virkede ikke og var i stykker uden at der var oplyst. Skuffe faldt ud da vi gik forbi skabet, håndtag faldt af (det var sat løst på). Flere ting kunne godt bruge en gennemgang Der mangler en introduktionsbog til hvordan ting fungererer ex. til køleanlæg og adgang til tagterrassen Køleanlægget virkede ikke, der var virkelig varmt.
