Veeve - Thirties Icon By Sadler's Wells

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der City. Man kommt mit den Bussen gut und günstig zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Nette Essensmöglichkeiten in Laufnähe.

Die Wohnung hat einfache Fenster und überall Teppichboden. Das scheint in London so üblich zu sein, ist aber zugig und nichts für Allergiker. Tv/Computer konnte nicht genutzt werden.

Die Lage war sehr gut

Beim ankommen standen wir trotz Mail vor einem Haus wir wussten nicht wo zu läuten war und wir klingelten uns durch bei der Abreise kam es noch viel schlimmer per Mail wurden wir informiert die Schlüssel bei einer bestimmten Adresse abzugeben am sehr kurzfristig dort angekommen gab es keine Stelle wo wir die Schlüssel abgegeben konnten wir fuhren also samt Gepäck wieder retour zur Unterkunft da diese in die Gegenrichtung unseres Abflughafens war mussten wir auf Taxis zugreifen da wir ansonsten unseren Flug versäumt hätten dadurch entstanden uns massive Mehrkosten Leider werden Anfragen per Mail oder über Booking com nicht beantwortet Da mein Sohn sehr gut Englisch spricht und navigiert haben wir es zu dieser Adresse geschafft leider umsonst man wird wirklich im Stich gelassen Ansonsten ist London wunderbar

The apartment was cosy and clean. The beds were comfortable and the central heating and hot water we're working well. We've had a flight delay, however I was able to reach Veeve team and informed them about the delay, so we had no issues with the check-in. It was rather easy to reach the center with all of its attractions via bus, or subway from Angel station.

There are personal belongings of the owners everywhere, which made the accommodation a bit weird. Not a big issue for us, as we normally keep our luggage in our suitcases, however if we were on a longer stay, this would have not worked well for us, as we'd need more wardrobe space, than the available one.

Veeve is a too complicated intermediary. If we usually use Booking, it is for its flexibility and simplicity. Having to systematically communicate through Veeve involved more than 25 emails and 4 telephones! It's way too much and we'll not do it again. A toilet had to be fixed, the sink was blocked and the flat's user's manual is not well made. Besides this the flat is very good. Le fait que Veeve agit comme intermédiaire rend tout très compliqué. si nous passons habituellement par Booking, c'est pour sa souplesse et sa simplicité. De devoir traiter systématiquement par Veeve à impliqué plus de 25 emails et 4 téléphones ! c'est beaucoup trop et nous le referons plus.
