Everything was perfect the beds location and facilities
Unfortunately it was very hot and the air conditioning units did not work properly it’s a shame they don’t have air conditioning installed if they had air conditioning the place is perfect

The apartment was exactly as pictured: spacious, with tastefully furnished and nicely decorated rooms, a well-equipped kitchen (including thoughtful essentials such as tea and coffee), and very comfortable beds. The location was excellent, close to bus and tube stations and within walking distance of numerous restaurants, pubs, and shops. Communication with the rental agency was excellent throughout our stay.
The only downside was that the apartment became very hot during warm weather, and the single portable air-conditioning unit was not nearly sufficient to keep it cool. The problem is made worse by the lack of blinds on the French doors leading to the balcony, allowing the afternoon sun to heat the apartment considerably.
That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Very clean, bright, fresh, well equipped and spacious apartment. Attentive, 24/7 ready to help personnel. A bit away from city centre but everything you need is in 3-5 min walk: supermarkets, restaurants, pubs , coffee shops. Good value for money for a family stay
It was hot outside. Fans / heaters were available in every room, but only one portable air con that will do the job but only one room at a time. The rest was great. Will stay again
