Very clean and modern apartment. Accessibility to place and transportation were great. Arriving was lovely to the place with some nice welcoming snacks.
Apartment is not a "serviced" apartment, there was no servicing and we were pretty disappointed at the fact that there wasn't a midweek clean as we had paid a decent fee for the stay and booked for 11 nights. Also air conditioning was only available in the bedroom which is important to note as the property was generally labelled as conditioned. Check out us relatively early at 10am, tried to push it with the property managers but had no luck - expected some leeway.

Facilities and location, closeness to the tube station.
Had a lot of difficulty checking in with the password to check in. I just could not check in with the password, and it was only after phone contact and copying and pasting the code that it was accepted. This definitely needs improvement as it was quite stressful trying to check in.

Easy access to transportation. Clean comfortable and modern
The temperature controls and lighting were a little confusing.

Lift Location Cleanliness Spacious
Broken AC and bathroom taps and walls damaged. Being asked to empty bins and cleaning up even though charged £150 housekeeping fee in the price. An extra payment of deposit £200 is taken and delay in pay back. Pending means you wont be able to use your own money. Most hotels take bank details for any damage but dont trick you into actually paying upfront.
