The location at Camden is perfect to see the area next to Kiki theatre and the tube is just near, the size of the place is comfortable with everything you need to cook.

The 3 bdrm unit we stayed in was pretty much perfect in every way. The beds were extremely comfortable with thick comforters and blankets as well so we could adjust for preference. Everything was modern and very clean. Well-appointed kitchen, large couch and good television in the living area. Honestly, we were very impressed with everything.
The lighting system is a bit tricky to get used to but we figured it out fairly quickly.

We sent a message and got the code immediately and absolutely loved the location and the spacious apartment which was spotlessly clean. Lots of buses and an underground station around the corner. The apartment had everything you needed to get by in the kitchen and with regards to cleaning supplies. In addition to the ensuite of the main bedroom (with a shower) there was a guest bathroom (no shower) which was incredibly useful. Plenty of counter space in both bathrooms for toiletries as well which is always a plus in my opinion. We will definitely stay again as the apartment was very comfortable but will request a room facing an inner courtyard next time.
We were on the ground floor in an apartment behind a pub so there was lots of noise at all hours with deliveries - weekends being the worst. Earplugs were provided but I hated wearing them. Best to request a room away from the street facing an inner courtyard perhaps. We were expecting some amazon deliveries and had to stay in to receive them which was not an issue but the delivery driver left the packages outside the door in the street as he did not have access to the code to get in. There is an intercom system in the flat but was not operational, which would have been very useful for deliveries.

Broken AC and bathroom taps and walls damaged. Being asked to empty bins and cleaning up even though charged £150 housekeeping fee in the price.
An extra payment of deposit £200 is taken and delay in pay back. Pending means you wont be able to use your own money. Most hotels take bank details for any damage but dont trick you into actually paying upfront.
