We stayed at this property on two separate occasions during our trip to Japan—one night when we first arrived in Tokyo and another three nights before flying home. Overall, it offers great value for money and is in a very convenient location. The train station is just a short walk away, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. When I requested extra pillows after our first stay, they were provided for our return visit, which we really appreciated. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The apartment does not have a washlet or a clothes dryer, which would have been helpful, especially for longer stays. We also felt that more towels should be provided for guests staying more than one night. Fresh kitchen sponges, kitchen paper towels, and at least extra pillows as standard would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, I would recommend this property for couples or anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and conveniently located place to stay, particularly for an overnight or short visit.

Superbe appartement situé à proximité de la gare Hirai 5min max. Appartement super propre et assez grand pour 2 personnes, le lit est top parfait pour récupérer. Commerces, restaurants, fast food à 2 min. Métro : 1 seul ligne pour vous rendre à Shinjuku, Nakano. 2 lignes pour Shibuya. 2 lignes pour direction aéroport Narita. L’hôte est très accueillant et arrangeant : il nous a autorisé à déposer nos valises avant le check-in. Je vous le recommande vivement.

Good location, clean, decent size in Tokyo, got everything we needed, highly recommended.

It’s close to Hirai station, only one stop from Akihabara. Lots of restaurants nearby. Owner is very helpful, prompt response, also provided nice advice to local sakura blossom spot :)
