部屋が思ったより狭かったのと 前の道路が狭すぎて 車を停めて荷物を降ろしたりする時 後続車や前方からくる車に凄く気を使う

Liked the cleanliness, and that every specified utility worked. The owner was very helpful and was quick to reply and help solve any issues we had. It was also great that the house had many windows and was facing south I think, so it was easy to ventilate and got plenty of sunlight. The furniture (beds, sofa, pillows) were light and easily movable, so we could rearrange the house to suit our tastes. I know there's a whole lot more in the negative part of the review, but I gave the place a high score because I really value a good host: we had the electronic lock fail on us and we got a temporary solution in minutes and a changed lock in a day, and most of our messages were answered in a few minutes.

These were some minor issues we had and only some of them can be fixed: There's a road with high traffic in front of the house, so be sure to bring earplugs. (at least 1 speeding loud af motorcycle per our) The bottom floor where the bathroom / washing machine is has no heating, so it wasn't very comfortable using them, when it was cold outside. Second floor aircon is ancient and pretty noisy, but there were floor heating there, so it was not a huge issue The TV could use an upgrade as it only supported 720p and the screen region was off when using it via HDMI and appeared not fixable. Third floor has tatami all over but they are blocking the doors of the cabinets so those can't be used at all. Having some detailed instructions for the utilities would have helped a lot, the existing english stickers on things were pretty faded and illegible. The nearest JR station is not as close as I thought it would be (like a 10 min walk), so I recommend taking a taxi when leaving / arriving with many suitcases. The stairs in the house are pretty narrow and steep so be sure to be careful, especially, when carrying luggage!

最寄り駅から20分ほどかかる場所です 3階建てでお風呂が１回にあるので行き来が大変です 設置されている時計の時間が2~3時間ほどズレてました
