Clean, comfortable, and easy to access with a smooth self-check-in process. Although there was no direct interaction with the owner or staff, the instructions provided were clear and sufficient. Convenient location and good overall experience. Would stay again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
There was nothing major to dislike. The overall stay was comfortable and met my expectations. If I were to suggest an improvement, it would be helpful to provide more detailed information about nearby amenities, transportation options, and local attractions. Other than that, my experience was positive.

For a group or family of 8 or 6, the price of sleep lab can't be beat. Facility is adequate for first time visitors of Tokyo in which you want to explore the city vs staying inside the hotel.
You can expect a walk of 15 or 4 mins for Tokyo rail systems which is totally doable with the company of family or friends.
What I didn't like was the sofa bed option. In my case while the other people got to sleep on the sleeping "pods", I had to give up chance to sleep in one since I was leading my family. I didn't get any privacy while sleeping on the sofa as people would come to my area to use the sink and table.

Lovely place at very reasonable prices with good comfort and amenities. The place is close to a train station and between at least 2 konbinis and isn't too far from the city center - all in all, I definitely recommend this place if you're travelling in a group of 3 or more!
There isn't really anything that I didn't like - I'd say the most critical element is probably the ''dining room'' - it did feel cramped with 6 people and we constantly had to stow the bed to make room to sit and eat, but otherwise, I feel renting the place for 4 people is the sweet spot.
