Located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Just like what you see in movies 🥹 especially love that it’s close to the river, such a relaxing vibe. The apt is spacious for one person. As others mentioned there’s no place to put your items so I just used the diner bench as a table for my items. The kitchen and washer was sufficient for my needs. The dryer/heater mode in the shower to dry my clothes was very helpful. Water heater and pressure for the shower was great, too. WiFi was fast and perfect for my work needs as I deal with a lot of large files

Location isn’t far but isn’t close to the train station. At least a 15 min walk. Which isn’t bad at all but does kinda suck if you’re coming home from walking all day. The river view makes up for it though.

The attention to detail was perfect. A simple apartment but with all the utensils you need for cooking and washing. We absolutely loved our stay here! A 2minute walk to the river, accessible konbini, alongside easy 15min walk access to Hirai Station. The staff were quick to respond to my messages when we arrived, assisting for our check in and questions regarding hot water system. We absolutely loved cooking in our little place and we will be booking here again immediately on our next trip to Tokyo!

The apartment floors were not cleaned with dirt, hair + dust. Thankfully there is a vacuum in the apartment so we were able to clean the apartment when we arrived and throughout our stay.

位置在居民区，旁边都是本地人的小别墅，门口还有一个像哆啦A梦里的公园，很有居住在东京的感觉，房间和图片一样，一室一厅，空间算大的，什么都有，有阳台，但是阳台没有晾衣杆，衣服放在卫生间用暖风机可以定时吹干，走出去不远就是河边步道，那有樱花🌸，离JR站走路10分钟，不算什么，一出地铁站有家超市，每天晚上回去之前都要去采购和牛和生鱼片回去喝酒
