Great location - close to Hirai station . Lots of convenience stores nearby . 3 toilets and two bathrooms truly felt like a luxury. Very clean.

Some distance from most sightseeing, the house offers a glimpse into how ordinary Tokyo residents live. We saw few westerners in the area. The house is close to a metro station and it was possible to reach most parts of the city in less than an hour. The nearest Uniqlo is only one stop away! Two grocery stores are within five minutes' walk and three large supermarkets not much further. There are innumerable restaurants close by. A children's playground is in the next block. The house is precisely as described on the website, is impeccably clean and the managers responsive and flexible.

The steps to upper floors are quite steep and would defeat those with limited mobility. Very little storage is available, especially on the ground floor. If you are not accustomed to sleeping on a thin mattress on the floor or sitting on a sofa also at floor level, be ready to adapt.

位置非常优越，距离平井站步行5分钟以内，坐总武线去新宿只要30分钟，周围便利店，定食屋很多，便利性无敌

隔音是最大的问题，门外有人经过在说话的话，可以听的一清二楚，半夜会有暴走族的摩托车炸街，或者救护车经过，可能会被吵醒，建议自备耳塞
