安い、クーラーも風呂も十分、オーナーも親切、立地もいい。
ちょっと臭いがある
あと情報として、タオル類とシャンプー類はあります。
歯ブラシとパジャマはないです。

Es ist ein sehr komfortables Haus mit Platz im typischer japanischen Stil. Auch die sanitäre Ausstattung ist traditionell japanisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es war leider sehr schwer zu finden und nur durch Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter möglich, der uns einige Fotos geschickt hat. Die Google Maps – Verlinkung hat einen eher in die Irre geführt.

やり取りは普通、予約日2日前から毎日メール
少しウザイ
駐車場の場所が解りずらいし一方通行なので大廻りする 徒歩4分
寒かった、暖房3ヵ所つけたが1階の寝室は寒い
30度設定で喉カラカラになる
リビング快適 風呂良し
トイレ狭いが良し
ゴミ分別して裏に出すのがめんどくさい
カギの番号が来たメールの暗証番号4桁では
無くアプリ開かないと見れない
インストールしないと駄目
入るのに40分掛かった
もう少し駐車場の場所を着く前に住所送って欲しいのとカギの暗証番号解りやすくして
これからの人の為にも
駐車場は家出て右に行くと進入禁止になるので回り込む感じで1廻して写真の所に
レンガ作りのマンションです
