In addition to enjoying the spectacular view from the “Tokyo Skytree” observation deck, the adjacent “Solamachi” complex features a wide variety of shops and restaurants.It’s a bustling, lively area featuring famous Japanese shops, an aquarium, restaurants, museums, anime-themed shops, department stores, convenience stores, supermarkets, and drugstores.

From the rooftop balcony, you can see the “Tokyo Skytree,” a symbol of Tokyo, and at night, you can enjoy the beautiful sight of the Skytree all lit up.

This three-story villa has a total area of 110 square meters and is perfect for families, accommodating groups of up to 11 people, including family and friends.We provide clean and comfortable bed linens and towels to ensure you have a relaxing and wonderful stay. Furthermore, this villa is rented out exclusively to you—you won’t have to share it with anyone else during your stay.

Guest Access
You are free to use any area of the house except for locked storage spaces. You will not share the space with other guests.Please enjoy your private time.

* When foreign nationals stay at a ryokan or hotel, they are required to provide their name, address, occupation, nationality, and passport number on the guest register.Furthermore, as required by the government when recording names and passport numbers in the guest register, we ask that you present your passport or allow us to make a copy of it.

Other Important Notes
1. Please remove your shoes inside the rooms.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building, in the hallways, and in guest rooms.
3. When smoking outside the building, please refrain from loitering in front of the building or discarding cigarette butts, as these actions may cause a nuisance to the neighborhood.
4. Before and after leaving the premises, please refrain from loud conversations, smoking, forming lines, or gathering in groups so as not to disturb the neighbors.
5. Please do not bring guests who are not registered guests into your room without permission.
7. When leaving the room, please be sure to turn off the air conditioner, TV, lights, and other appliances, and close all windows and doors before leaving.
8. Pets are not permitted.
9. Please be sure to sort your trash.
10. Please limit the use of towels and linens to one per person. If they become soiled, please wash them yourself.
11. We do not provide cleaning services during your stay. If your room becomes dirty, please clean it yourself.
12. If you damage, soil, or lose any facilities or equipment, you will be required to reimburse us for the full cost.
13. In case of an emergency, please contact us immediately by phone or SMS.
14. Please keep the room clean. Upon checkout, please restore the room to its original condition, including the placement of chairs, tables, and other furnishings.If the room is significantly dirty after your stay, we may charge a separate cleaning fee.
15. If damage is caused to us or a third party due to a violation of public order (such as noise, blocking the street, littering, or disorderly conduct), you may be required to pay compensation.
16. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us at least one day in advance. If you request an extension on the day of your stay, you will be charged one cleaning fee as a cancellation fee.
17. Late check-out is not permitted.If you check out late without prior notice, you will be charged a fee.
18. If your checkout is delayed and this interferes with cleaning operations, you may be required to pay an additional fee.Please be aware of this in advance.
19. Please note that we will charge a disposal fee for any items left behind that cannot be disposed of as regular trash, such as briefcases or strollers.
