    The booking experience was simple and easy and the hotel almost immediately reached out to provide additional information. I rrquested for instructions to reach the hotel from the airport and I was given very clear guidance which was extremely helpful. Hotel staff was very pleasant to exchange messages with and very responsive. Location is a few meters away from Tsukiji station and the fish market which had a lot of areas to explore. Check-in to the hotel was a breeze. Registration was simple and I had the codes to the hotel and the room before even landing Japan. Check-in time was 4pm which was given my daughter and I reached Tsukiji around that time. However, other travelers might land earlier so there might be some waiting time before getting in the room. Check-out was 11am. Maybe I missed it but I assumed it was at 12noon, as is normally with other hotels. On this one, I had a knock on my door at exactly 11, telling me it's time to check out. Perhaps clarify this in the hotel booking to avoid any frustrations. Overall though, the place was accessible, clean and had no issues. Good value for money and very responsive staff.

    I’ve stayed at Dash Living Tsukiji before and had a great experience, which is why I returned. The location is excellent and the property is clean and convenient. However, the bed in this room was in poor condition — the slats were not secured and kept collapsing with loud creaking, which woke us during the night. Since I had no issues on my previous stay, this seems specific to this unit. Luckily we were moved to another unit and the bed there was great. Overall still a good property.

    Location is very good. 3mins to subway, 2mins to Tsukiji outer market, 1min to bus stop that goes to Ginza (3stations). Located near some very good restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and supper. 1min walk to convenience store. There’s elevator to so there’s no need to carry luggage’s. Friendly staffs and very helpful. Very decent room, clean, tidy, and have all the basic necessities. Hair dryer, soap, ironing board, washing machine, dryer, kettle, fridge, you name it. Truly a gem of an apartment.
