The bed, mattress, and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless, and I appreciated the USB charging ports available throughout the property. Other useful amenities included a dryer, an advanced water heater, a reliable supply of clean water, and a well-equipped kitchen with sufficient utensils and cookware for guests. The location is another major advantage. The property is only about a 5-minute walk from Shin-Koiwa Station, which offers a direct train connection to Narita Airport. Along the route between the station and the property, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores, FamilyMart, and 7-Eleven outlets, making it very convenient for daily needs. Shin-Koiwa Station is also on the Sobu Line, which provides easy access to many parts of Tokyo, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. What truly made our stay memorable was the host’s kindness and hospitality. We arrived a day earlier than planned, and Hitomi kindly helped us find alternative accommodation for that night before our scheduled check-in. On the day of check-in, she also allowed us to drop off our luggage early so we could start exploring without having to worry about our bags. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. Thank you, Hitomi, for your wonderful hospitality. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again. Muy cómodo y limpio. Todos los detalles cuidados y todas las instrucciones claras. La cama es cómoda (para los españoles: la almohada NO es española, es como en todo el resto del universo, pequeña para acomodar la cabeza, no todo lo ancha que es la cama). Hitomi es encantadora, y a cualquier problema que tuve (por ejemplo, qué hacer con la basura el último día) respondía al momento. El piso es pequeñito, más que suficiente para una persona sola o una pareja que se quiere, y precioso!

El barrio no es lo más céntrico del mundo, pero aun así estás en los barrios importantes como Asakusa o Akihabara en máximo media hora.
