The location is close to the Shin-Kiowa station which is only 1 rapid train from the Tokyo station and the bullet trains. House was large and beds were comfy. It is not a touristy part of Tokyo. 7-11 is close. The host was super accommodating and got us a pram off Yahoo Japan before we arrived. It was amazing for the theme parks.
Pillows were a little lumpy but definitely not horrible.
