The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use, and the heating system worked well, which made the stay comfortable.
However, there are several drawbacks. The apartment is far from the train station,
and there is no elevator—only stairs. Carrying luggage upstairs was very difficult.
The customer service was poor, as communication was only possible through chat, and there was taking little time to get reply on-site to assist, even though it is a self check-in and check-out property.
The space is also very small.
Overall, this place may be suitable for short stays with light luggage, with luggage really hard to carry upstairs.it is not recommended for families, travelers with heavy luggage, or those joining tours.
