Economical, significantly less expensive than hotel and most other accommodation. Central location. Host was friendly and was not intrusive. Entry to the house worked well.

You can tell the host is a nice man, An he's trying his best, he had lots of nice little touches. Fruit in the room, juice in the fridge where lovely.
My biggest issue if you can call it that is just that as the owner is a smoker it lingers on things and to a non smoker it stands out, it actually irritated my throat and it's now sore but it mild and it's just that I'm particularly sensitive. Otherwise I'd no complaints.
