Everything. A wonderful welcome when we arrived. Tom helped us by sending really detailed info about how to find the property. On arrival everything was explained and talked through. The property was spotless. The attention to detail was amazing. An absolutely wonderful, quirky property with its very own character. Tom was amazingly helpfil making sure we wanted for nothing. There arent enough words to explain how much we enjoyed our stay. We were treated like friends and felt so welcome. We are going back !!!

A great place to stay with very good access to local amenities. Tom was both very kind and extremely considerate - providing more than I needed and made the stay perfect.

Homelike room , lovely kitchen and bathroom. Fan on and blinds pulled as 35 degrees!

Loved our stay at this property. We were walking Offa’s Dyke as part of our walk from Land’s End to John O’Groats and this place was a great find. The room was really comfortable. Tom was really welcoming and gave us some tips on places to eat. We especially appreciated that he told us that the pub next door didn’t do food, but you could buy fish and chips and take them in to eat with your beer. We spent a very nice evening in the garden of the pub with a beer and fish and chips. The continental breakfast in the morning was really appreciated as we got up early to start our walk the next day and were able to have breakfast before we left. Would definitely recommend a stay here
