Homely relaxed atmosphere, friendly hosts . Clean facilities, comfortable nights sleep. Excellent location & parking.

Location and staff and facilities with a couple of exceptions.
The lower staircase had no handrails which terrified my wife as she fell down our stairs a little while ago. We have since fitted additional handrails. Also the shower had no anti slip mat.

The owners were lovely really friendly, the location was awesome, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Even though this room had a shared bathroom, which we knew when we booked, it wasnt as bad as what you would think, again the shared spaces were immaculately clean and literally a stones throw away from the room, so yes whilst an ensuite is preferred on this occasion the shared spaces were more than acceptable.
It was a shared bathroom and we would have preferred an ensuite but we knew this when booking. so there wasn't anything that we didnt like it it's just our preference.
