Good location and good price.
It would be better to have an AC but I did not choose an AC room so it's my fault. The bathroom that I was shown to use was a different one than that from the photos and it was more annoying to use (eg. Shelf over the sink, such that when you try to wash your face you spill water on your feet). I could hear people talking until midnight, I'm not sure if those were other guests or people from the tattoo shop that is just a floor below, but that wasn't helpful when one needs to catch a bus at 4am the next morning. I guess the word "quiet" in the name of the room refers more to the decorations rather than it actually being quiet.
