Communication and check-in: The HIVE team provides great pro-active communication and is always available whenever needed. The check-in process is easy to handle Rooms: We stayed at this accomodation with seven adults and one child. The number and size of the rooms were great and mainly fulfilling our demands. Although the house is next to a busy road, you cannot hear much noise inside when the windows are closed. It has a spacious kitchen with the neccessary utensils to cook and eat (several shops for groceries are close by). The rooms come with furnished beds and the bathrooms with enough towels. Transport: The house is quite close to Earl's Court Station by foot and right next to West Brompton station which gives you good connections for public transport, also several bus routes have their stops close by. I would summarize that the location is great for trips in a square between Richmond-Camden-City-Battersea. For any thing beyond, the commute might take too much time. Hygiene: In general all was cleaned and fine.
Rooms: All rooms but one (the master bedroom in the top room) had beds with 160x200cm which I personally find a but uncomfortable for two adults to sleep in. Hygiene: As stated above, the general cleanliness was OK and fine. However, one can see that the house is being used for short-term stays and I believe at this point a deep clean might be required since the floor in the kitchen was already sticky, also the shower tiles have build up a bit of limescale. And not a big topic, but on day 2 we ran out of toilet paper and handsoap. Maybe I missed a note that we were supposed to take care of that ourselves (if that is the case, please disreagard this point), but I have had expected that this would be provided.

Ubicacion perfecta y la casa esta nueva, muy limpia y esta todo en general muy bien.
Solo friticas postivas que harian el lugar perfecto. Los colchones son demasiado blandos. Faltaba secador de pelo, y mas toallas para grupos grandes. El resto perfecto.

El apartamento estupendo, planta calle cocina espectacular con todo lo necesario y mas, 1ª planta salon, baño y habitación, 2º planta 2 habitaciones con unas cristaleras impresionantes y baño y 3º planta otra habitación con baño. Tomo muy bien equipado, camas comodas, limpieza espectacular. A 8 minutos andando de una parada de metro que va al centro, autobuses, comercios, pub etc. zona comercial y tranquila.
