The Kensington House by HoK Living

This accommodation was roomy enough for our family of eight. It was terrific to have four comfortable bedrooms. We loved the location in Kensington with close proximity to a supermarket. We would stay again if the opportunity presented. London is a wonderful city.

Our only issue was when the panel on the door.of the dishwasher came off and wasn't immediately fixable. Our feeling was some recompense was in order for the inconvenience of having to do dishes for eight by hand for the duration of our stay. Also it's customary in the hospitality business to drop off a welcome basket or bottle of wine. Such gestures would lessen the corporate feel. I speak from the experience of being an Airbnb host and prior travel in England.
