Very clean & comfortable (especially the beds!) and lovely host! It would be great if there is a table inside.

No wifi but there is TV so it was ok for my kids

The location was awesome! It was a short drive from where we needed to be and also a short drive to Manukau for shopping and kai. Loved that there was a microwave in the unit! We had our 2 children with us so having the microwave was very handy especially as there was no specific kitchen. Definitely will rebook again as it suited our needs and there was enough space for our family of 4 (2 adults and a 10 year old with 12 year old). Can also confirm - there is a tv which we got confused about in other reviews.

Honestly the only thing to be picky about is the parking situation, but that’s no fault of the property. There is side street parking but it did seem harder to find a park on the Saturday night (looked like a neighbour on the adjoining street was having a party or celebration so lots of cars but the other nights were fine).

Handy location, close to the motorway so we could travel across Auckland and down the line easily. Comfortable beds. Neat. Thoughtful sensor lighting from side gate to flat which makes the walkway safe.

As others said, the constant footsteps and noise from upstairs is quite disruptive. Street parking is problematic as the street is often full, both sides, of vehicles.
