I enjoyed the bedroom and beds. Very comfortable and clean. There is plenty of space for four people or two couples.

2 bedroom granny flat Tennessee Rd Mangere

The beds were comfortable

Dirty dish cloth in the cupboard We had 3 adults 1 child there were only 2 cups no glasses only wine glasses, no cereal bowls. The bathroom shower and basin must have had a blockage somewhere the base of the shower kept filling up and also the hand basin took ages for the water to go down. The blind in one room was only 3/4 fitted with a big gap. The fridge smelt musty and needed wiping both in and outside. It said tumble dryer but I couldn't see a dryer there. No hand towel, no flannels. The toilet was 5cm from the wall so you're practically kissing the wall. The home made conservatory would not pass a building permit gaps where you could see outside big gaps under the front and back door. A snap lock bag with a smoke butt on the side of couch and yet was no smoking 🚭. The lawns were way overgrown and heaps of rubbish around the perimeter of the house plus the owners house which is in front. Always had trouble unlocking the door had to practically force yhe key in. No rubblsh bin in the house at all . The jug / kettle was half the size of a normal jug. The lights in the house were really bright and the lamp in the bedroom was even brighter. It is advertised as a 2 bedroom granny flat if it was suppose to be for elderly people they won't be able to move in the bathroom and could become a hazard. It is the 1st time advertised on booking.com but there is alot to improve on. As soon as we arrived back all the lights in the house came on so privacy was quite overwhelming during the stay.
