Location is good and checking in was easy. Quiet place and wifi is fast enough for work. So far, we will consider staying there again in the future.

Maybe, inform us of the necessities unavailable in your unit before we arrive and we are willing to prepare for those. Ex, no drinking water nor nearby convenience store. We were probably expecting much since the price and in-taxes paid are on the more expensive side as compared to hotels.

Owner should learn to handle minor inconveniences with a little grace & professionalism. Originally planned for 4 nights stay only- we extented for 3 more nights , then another night. Unfortunately on the 2nd to the last night, 2 of my team members lost their father so they had to come home- leaving only the 2 members at the accommodation (unfortunately both has no cellphone). On the last day of stay- team checked out at around 07:00-08:00 am but failed to leave the key in the keybox as they have no means to contact me. Upon knowing that they brought the key I immediately contact the property owner to mention the incident & immediately offered resolution to lalamove the key. She immediately called me with a disgruntled tone with no good morning at all saying pakibalik nalang agad nung susi may next customer pa kami at kailangan pa namin linisin yun baka mabad review kami andon na yung mga cleaners. To think that technically our stay is until 11:00 am pa talaga. Key was lalamoved to the property by around 9:00 am immediately. I just hope that owner learn to address minor inconveniences with a little compassion & grace- we immediately & proactively offered a solution- hindi para pagtaasan ng boses when It was technically still our stay period; Might have understood if if was already 11:00 am. These are laborers- first time experiencing to check in at accommodations. A little compassion goes along way!
