owner and staff are super accomodating. they will also make sure you are comfortable during your stay. also they are very responsive and will guide you in every questions or query you might have if you booked for them.

Excellent location, very near & accessible to the malls, churches, bus stations, offices & schools that I need to go to. The staff is very friendly, hospitable & accommodating.
There are big cracks on the floor tiles, small cockroaches too appearing from time to time in the bathroom.

Convenient location. Walking distance from SM where everything is available.
-Definitely needs to be refurbished.
-Baby roaches crawling even if I made sure to toss the garbage everyday.
-The shower room needs thorough scrubbing.
- The hair dryer which was in the amenity list wasn’t there. I had to request for it but nowhere to find at the reception where I was supposed to get it.
- Long line to ride the elevator.
