The unit is very close to the SM Mall which is very convenient. There are also securities everywhere which is very safe.

Occasionally I saw roaches around. It's understandable though because it's a residential building.

First of all, big props to sir Julius Bartolome for assisting us from the very beginning, the moment we booked the condo unit , giving us the digital passes and until our check out, super bait and hands-on po ni Sir Juls. Now to sum up the things that we liked: 1. The unit is fully equipped with basically the things you need for cooking meals, the utensils, plates, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric induction stove. 2. The unit itself is clean. Alam mo talagang well maintained siya. May dadating naman na caretaker ng unit once it's your time to check out. 3. Everything you need for basic entertainment is there. A large flat smart TV, wifi. There are even boardgames and cards to play if you're in a group. 4. Comfort is superb. There's actually an under bed aside from the main bed itself. One exceptional asset ng unit is yung balcony, Super ganda ng city view especially at night, nakakawala ng pagod! We already experienced staying at a condo unit also in Pasay sa Sea Residences which is basically owned also by SMDC. We payed there for 1,820 pero we were charged by the owner ng 400 coz we had an early check-in. Kinda disappointed lang kasi we expected more than what we payed for. Basically naka 2, 200+ kami. Yun nga lang, unlike here sa unit, wala kang access sa pool, where as the ones we stayed in Pasay has. Tho you can still use the pool here but you need to pay for extra 150 php per person . Other than that, it was really and exceptional stay.

I wanted to be transparent. There are things that I didn't like about the unit. These are just my minor observations and I hope this could help improve the stay of others or if not, for our future stay. 1. There are wallpapers that keeps on falling off, no matter how many times we stick it back to the walls, it keeps falling off. I think it would be better if the wallpapers would be removed, I really don't think it needs it. Would have been better if it's replaced with minimalist framed painting or something else. 2. There were alot of laundry bags and plastics full of unwashed bedsheets and pillow cases, even comforter, so me and my partner had just abit of a hard time putting out some and wondering where we will place our clothes. Good thing nagawan naman namin ng paraan. Those are just the minor flaws I think that could be improved.

bedsheets were not yet switched to a clean one when we arrived,,there's even hair strands on pullout bed,,I'm not sure if there's just a miscommunication between the host & cleaning staff,,we found the clean sheets still on the ecobag inside the cabinet so it's us who cleaned the beddings,,faucet on the kitchen sink needs to be replaced as the handle/turner's broken,,we had a hard time turning it off/on, good thing we're not wounded,,electric kettle's not working too
