We especially enjoyed the location. Being in Araneta Center made it easy to access shopping, restaurants, transportation, and everything we needed during our stay. The security staff were outstanding and helped us feel safe and comfortable throughout our visit. We were traveling with family and friends, and the host was very accommodating of our group. The children enjoyed the pool and playground, and the in-unit washer and dryer were incredibly convenient for a longer stay. Overall, the combination of location, security, family-friendly amenities, and value made this a very enjoyable place to stay.
The unit is showing its age and could benefit from some maintenance and updating. We also noticed an occasional odor, which may be related to humidity or air conditioning units that need servicing. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, but some additional attention to detail would improve the overall experience. None of these issues significantly impacted our stay, but addressing them would make the unit even more enjoyable for future guests.
