The unit itself is ok. Like your own mini-home in the city. I did my remote qork here and at the same time chill with the streaming TV. Plus you're near to so many dining spots, walking areas, malls, etc. It was also a breeze for me to hail a ride going to the airport.
Not so much, aside from a lack of shower curtain & kinda hard-to-press shower heater. The unit is along with some residential units - the lady who lived in unit 21B said her unit always gets confused with the actual unit for rent so clear descriptions or even clear instructions during check-in would be great.

Modern and clean, new, well furnished, comfortable bed. It is located in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to the main areas (shops, cafes, restaurants).
The fan and AC worked perfectly well and I liked the possibility of having a good ventilation.
It is a newly available property and some unfinished feeling was in the tiny details.
There could be a garbage bin in the kitchen, knives and mugs. A shower curtain would be great and some hangers for clothes would be nice too.
Additionally, as I was staying on the ground floor, the water pump was right outside the window and it was noisy (day and night). I am fortunate enough to be a good sleeper but I wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers.
The pricing could be reduced a little given the above mentioned remarks.
