This peaceful residential area of West Mersea is ideal for beach walks and quiet escapes. The sea is steps away, and the village centre is within walking distance. Buses to and from Colchester stop at the top of the road.
House Rules
- No pets, smoking or events.
- Due to the size of the property it will likely be unsuitable for small children
Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
