LE MANOIR ( 5 bedrooms / 5 bathrooms - 10 guests)

- From the parking lot, a few stone steps lead to the flowered courtyard and then to the entrance of the Manor
- The elegant living room, which opens onto the balcony thanks to its two large French windows, is bathed in light. It is elegantly furnished with two leather sofas, two armchairs, coffee tables, and a large connected TV.
- The spacious kitchen is certainly the place for happy reunions with friends or family. The result of a successful marriage between the charm of its exposed stones and beams, the warmth of its large wooden table and its furniture patinated by time, and the modernity of its large central island offering the most modern equipment, it will allow you to prepare on site all the good products brought back from the many local markets around. The room is also largely open to the terrace offering communication between indoors and outdoors ideal in summer.
- The scullery offers a second fridge/freezer, a sink, and multiple storage possibilities.
- The first sleeping area is located in a quiet area on the other side of the living room. It consists of two spacious double bedrooms, also opening onto the balcony.
- the first suite offers a large double bed 180cm wide, two bedside tables, two rattan armchairs, a wardrobe, a wardrobe.
It benefits from central air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath, shower and vanity unit.

Located a few steps from the Manor, on the other side of the flowered courtyard, the Guest House offers quality accommodation for two guests passing through or for a couple wishing to maintain their privacy.
Particularly spacious, it offers:
- a large space furnished with a 160cm wide double four-poster bed, two bedside tables, a storage wardrobe and a cabinet with drawers
- a comfortable living space open to the courtyard, with a lounge area furnished with a sofa, rocking chair and coffee table and dining area with round table, chairs and sideboard.
- a private bathroom with tiled Italian shower, sink and toilet.

From the misty early mornings when nature awakens, to the flamboyant sunsets, you will never tire of contemplating this constantly renewed spectacle.
- The terraced gardens offer many romantic nooks and crannies in the shade of tall trees and beautiful French gardens with boxwood and dry stone walls
- The superb terrace, overlooking the swimming pool, will allow you to have lunch outside in the shade of the large lime tree, or to share an aperitif comfortably installed in the garden furniture.
- The second terrace, laid out as an extension of the swimming pool, with its lounge area and beanbag bags arranged under the bamboo pergola, extends this invitation to idleness.
- The beautiful swimming pool, with generous dimensions of 10m x4m and 1.3m deep, is equipped with a submerged electric shutter, offering optimal security. Open from mid-April to mid-October, it is heated to 28 degrees for the greatest comfort of our guests. Sun loungers and parasols are at your disposal.
- A petanque court and a table tennis table complete the leisure facilities for happy moments with family or friends.
- Parking for 6 cars is available in the immediate vicinity of the property.
