This is a registered property with National Wildlife Federation. It provides animals food, water, cover, and places to raise young. Enjoy the wildlife, but never approach them.
Please note: Lake Buchanan is NOT a constant level lake and the water level will fluctuate with rain or drought.
The nearest boat ramp is at Burnet County Park, about 6.4 miles (11 minutes) from the house. It is free to access. The dock is most suitable for shallow-bottom fishing boats.
