The space
This house is spacious and quaint and has never ending fun things to do inside and out. From surfer swings, to movie time in the upstairs media room with a home theater system containing 10 speakers, subs and 2 amps.
The house has a covered wrap around porch from three sides and an additional small upper deck. Great for watching Sunrise and Sunset.
The property is almost entirely secluded and great for those that enjoy their privacy and space.
5 carpeted bedrooms + Office ( Office for adults only) and 2 living rooms enable flexible sleeping arrangements.
There are beautiful winding quiet roads behind the house great for Jogging, cycling, and getting great views of the hills and lake.

The stars can be spectacular at times.
House has great appliances for hosting!
