    I contacted the property directly on July to confirm whether i was eligible for the free tickets. They replied: “Your booking includes free cable car and Hon Thom water park tickets. Note: Book one night and get one free ticket, book two nights and get two free tickets.” So i booked 2 nights. However, when I contacted the property again on October, just one day before my stay, I was informed that the free ticket promotion had ended on 26 August 2026. How could the staff have confirmed that I was eligible for the free tickets, knowing that my stay was in October? The offer was a major factor in my decision to choose Anna Hotel and pay the full booking price. Had this limitation been clearly communicated to me before I made the payment, I would not have chosen your hotel at the full price. I could have considered other hotels that offered better value for money. Staff is not friendly at all. No clear directions on breakfast. Hotel located at the last row from the beach.

    The facilities shown while booking on website does not exist. They are showing pics of other buildings. For breakfast, they took us to some small restaurant and it was not a buffet breakfast but a very limited one dish breakfast. Quality of breakfast was not at all good. Only plus point is location.

    Only 1 person at lobby and is very unfriendly, impatient and not helpful. he doesnt look at you when u speak to him and sometimes he doesnt even respond. You only know that he is going to reapond is when he speaks into his hp to translate his response. Breakfast is at another location., not at the hotel and only one dish without coffee. only attraction is the free cable car ticket!
